WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR WEBSITE USING?
AUD (Australian Dollar). We have a currency converter located at the top of the home page which converts prices to USD, GBP and EUR. All purchases are PROCESSED in AUD (Australian Dollar). When finalising your payment, you will see the final amount in AUD but you will be charged your locations currency amount.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.
Zone 1 - Australia, New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 8-15 working days
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE CHECKOUT? WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO ORDER?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout. We accept every major credit card via our store checkout and the PayPal checkout.

ARE YOU GOING TO RESTOCK?
We very rarely restock our products, so chances are once an item is sold out it is sold out for good. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time or send us an email at contact@neverforeverx.com so we can directly provide you with further information.
