Returns Policy

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of purchase or other advertised returns periods. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout. Our change of mind returns policy can be found below:

  1. As long as the return is placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of order confirmation email (or longer promotional return period, if applicable);

  2. Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;

  3. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags and shoe boxes (you don’t need the clear plastic packaging, except for products sealed for hygiene reasons - see below); and

  4. Items have not been specifically excluded from the change of mind returns policy, such as ‘Final Sale’ items and items excluded for hygiene reasons.  The exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our Site and / or at checkout.



If the product you received did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for a new size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. 

Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a refund. NEVERFOREVERX does not provide return labels and is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third-party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing.

We do not accept exchanges that have not been pre-approved, please be sure to contact us with your order # within 3 days of delivery before sending in your package so that we may verify the correct information for delivery. Packages sent without approval will be returned back to the original address and no exchange will be processed. 

Once an item that has been sent back is received by our facility, please allow 1-3 business days to process packages. After processing and determining the condition of the returned item, the new item will be mailed back to you free of charge.



Due to the quick nature of our fulfilment process, we do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. We kindly ask for you to please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out. We do our best to ship all packages within the first 2-4 business days of your order date, but in the event that we do not fulfil this obligation in a timely manner and your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
